Trading Post: This building is the only way to access toMaaria, the Sha'tari Defense Quartermaster, and Kil'rip, the Laughing Skull Orcs Quartermaster, who sell a mount for each faction, both requiring exalted with their respective factions: Armored Irontusk & Ironside Warwolf.
TheStables: This is the best building for mounts. By questing and completing all the quests and associated achievements for the Stables, you can earn the following mounts: Trained Snarler, Trained Silverpelt, Trained Riverwallow, Trained Rocktusk, Trained Meadowstomper, and Trained Icehoof. The achievements from completing the quests which rewarded those mounts also reward mounts: Armored Frostwolf is a reward from The Stable Master and Armored Frostboar is a reward from Advanced Husbandry (Horde) / Advanced Husbandry (Alliance).
Fishing Shack: As above with the pets, you can purchase a mount fromNat Pagle after you have recruited him to your Garrison as a follower. He sells Reins of the Crimson Water Strider for 100 Nat's Lucky Coin at the Best Friends reputation level.
In addition to the mounts obtainable from the buildings listed above, there is afollower mission that rewards Halaa Battle Token that enable you to purchase the Outland Nagrand reputation/PvP mounts : Mysteries of Lok-rath gives you enough Halaa Battle Token to purchase Reins of the Dark War Talbuk or Reins of the Dark Riding Talbuk.
