Get your character boosted with Cloak of Infinite Potential - MoP REMIX

This is a cloak that you will get at the start of a character by completing the first quests. This cloak will be you most powerful gear item all the way to max level as well. Also, this cloak will be boosted on your alts directly at level 1 once you have completed certain achievements. 

When playing the content in mist of pandaria remix, you get threads. These threads will be automatically added to your back. These threads can be following stats:

  • Experience
  • Versatility
  • Stamina
  • Speed
  • Mastery
  • Leech
  • Haste
  • Crit

You can see how much stat you have on your back by mouseovering the buff “Timerunner´s Advantage” on your buff bar. 

At the start, you will gain +1 of the stats when looting a thread. However, this will increase the higher character level your reach. We have 3 types of threads (common, rare, epic).

Common is called Temporal Thread and increases the stat by 3.
You get +3 when reaching level 30. 

Rare is called Perpetual Thread and increases the stat by 7.
You get +7 when reaching level 50. 

Epic is called Infinite Threads and increases the stat by 12.
You get +12 when reaching level 65. 

Stamina thread will be increased to +18 when reaching level 70.

How to get Threads

You get threads by: 

  • Looting outdoor mobs
  • from the cache of the infinite treasures. This is a chest that you get from completing quests, dungeons, scenarios etc. 
  • Looting dungeon bosses
  • Looting raid bosses

Boosting up alt characters

Based on how many threads you have looted and the stats that you have obtained, you will transfer some of that to all your other characters cloak. The stats that will be transferred are: 

  • Intellect/Agility/Strenght
  • Stamina
  • Experience
  • Versatility

To be able to transfer the stats to your alt´s cloaks, you much complete certain achievements. All these achievement require you to loot certain amount of threads. Each time you reach one of these, you will transfer stats to your alt´s cloaks. 

  • Infinite Power I
    Gather 40 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power II
    Gather 100 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power III
    Gather 150 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power IV
    Gather 200 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power V
    Gather 250 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power VI
    Gather 300 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power VII
    Gather 400 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power VIII
    Gather 500 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power IX
    Gather 600 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power X
    Gather 700 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. 
  • Infinite Power XI
    Gather 2200 Threads for the Cloak of Infinite Potential.
