1) It starts in the The Roasted Inn, in Valdrakken (/way 47,97.46.88).  You will get a quest from Bobby Carlisle, "A Special Book". 

2) Head to the main entrance of Karzhan /way 47.12,75.00. Continue the raid until you reach the Curator.

3) After you kill the Curator, check map and images on where the books are. Use your Idol of Ohnara to find a book with coordinates.

Head back once you have the book and complete the quest in Valdrakken.
