In Season 1 of Mythic+, players will encounter a range of buffs scattered throughout the dungeons that enhance their progression. Here’s a look at the various buffs available in The War Within Season 1:
Ara-Kara, City of Echoes: Tailoring
As you explore this dungeon, you’ll find several Discordant Attendants lying around. Khaz Algar Tailors with at least Skill 25 can interact with these NPCs and use a Silk Thread. This action stuns enemies for 10 seconds, including the Shrilling Voice mini-bosses!
City of Threads: Rogues, Priests, and Engineers
In the City of Threads, players will come across Shadecasters projecting images of Queen Ansurek. Rogues, Priests, and Khaz Algar Engineers with a minimum Skill of 25 can engage with these Shadecasters to receive the Stolen Power buff. This buff grants a 15% increase to both DPS and HPS, along with a 50% boost to movement speed!
The Stonevault: Warriors, Dwarves, and Blacksmiths
Throughout The Stonevault, you’ll find Imbued Iron Bars located in key areas of the dungeon. Warriors, Dwarves, and Khaz Algar Blacksmiths with at least Skill 25 can strike these bars to gain a 10-minute Versatility buff. Keep an eye out for anvils as you traverse the Stonevault!
Mists of Tirna Scithe: Druids, Night Elves, Taurens, and Herbalists
In the Mists of Tirna Scithe, there are two interactive objects: Overgrown Roots and Depleted Anima Seed. The Overgrown Roots provide a 10% stat buff and shortcuts, while the Depleted Anima Seed serves as a checkpoint after defeating the first and second bosses. Previously accessible only to Night Fae Covenant members, the Overgrown Roots can now be utilized by Druids, Night Elves, Taurens, and Herbalists. Any player can activate the Depleted Anima Seed checkpoint after a boss is defeated.
The Necrotic Wake: All Roles
The Necrotic Wake features several on-use weapons available to all players throughout the dungeon. These include:

Discharged Anima: Deals Arcane damage to nearby foes and interrupts their spellcasting every second for 8 seconds.

Bloody Javelin: Inflicts Physical damage to all enemies it passes through, plus additional Physical damage every 2 seconds for 16 seconds, increasing damage taken by those enemies for the same duration.

Forgotten Forgehammer: Causes Physical damage and stuns the target for 8 seconds.

Discarded Shield: When activated, it reduces damage taken by 50% for all allies within 8 yards for 6 seconds.
These buffs provide strategic advantages and can greatly enhance your dungeon experience in The War Within Season 1!
