This toy is called “Wheeled Floaty Boaty Controller”. This is how you get it.
- Head to Ohn´aran Plains to this location (see map).
2. Between the two last waterfalls, there is an item that you can pick up, called “Yennu´s Toy Boat. Pick it up and it starts a quest.
This quest is called “Return Yennu´s Toy Boat”.
3. Go and turn in the quest and you will be rewarded with a “Wheeled Floaty Boaty Controller”.
