If you are not level 60, that means that you are leveling up your character and entered the Maw through a quest line.
The first questline you do when entering Shadowlands will lead to creating a portal out of the Maw.
If you have not created that portal, that means you are still in the starting questline and you have to teleport out, through your Hearthstone.
If you have created that portal and entered the Maw again later on, then you can enter the portal you created, that takes you to Oribos.
That portal is located next to Ve´nari´s Refuge, see The Maw map below.
