Vilo is located in Haven – Zereth Mortis.
How much Cosmic Flux does it cost
The Pouch of Prodigious Wonders costs 1500 Cosmic Flux.
When you send that item to any character on your account, that character will get 1250 Cosmic Flux when using the item.
You need to reach friendly reputation with the character you want to buy the item.
