Myth gear is the highest type of gear power you can get in each expansion in world of warcraft. During Dragonflight, the Myth gear had 4 levels of upgrades: Myth 1, Myth 2, Myth 3 and Myth 4.
That has now slightly changed in The War Within. The Myth gear will now have 6 upgrades:
Myth 1 623 ilvl
Myth 2 626 ilvl
Myth 3 629 ilvl
Myth 4 632 ilvl
Myth 5 634 ilvl
Myth 6 636 ilvl
The First two bosses on mythic difficulty in the new Raid Nerub-ar Palace drops Myth 1 gear. Boss 3 and 4 drop Myth 2 gear. Boss 5 and 6 drop Myth 3 gear and the last two bosses drop Myth 4 gear. The last boss will have a very rare drop chance on a ring that has Myth 6 quality.
