Did you know that The War Within introduces new class-specific side quests that enhance class recognition and expand the lore?
Following the events of Dragonflight, The War Within continues the tradition of class quests. For those who recall the old Paladin Charger or Death Knight quest chains, these new quests have a different flavor.
These quests resemble short side stories tailored for specific classes, providing acknowledgment for the playstyle you choose. Some quests even tie into your source of power! Additionally, there are prerequisites that feature unique dialogues leading into these class-specific adventures.
In Dragonflight, a few class quests were introduced, such as "The Best Spell Ever" for Mages and "One Step Backwards" for Evokers. Currently, eight class quests have been discovered in The War Within, with seven located in the Ringing Deeps.
One notable example is "Prove One’s Mettle," which is exclusive to characters wielding void powers. The prerequisite quest, "Suspicious Minds," includes altered dialogue that references their dabbling in darkness. Another quest to check out is "A Shadow Over Gundargaz."
Rogues have three quests focused on the amusing task of stealing candles for some dubious kobolds, which fits their sneaky nature. The remaining quests, "Conjured Help," "Bless These Homes," and "Evoking the Forge," are available for Mages, Paladins/Priests, and Evokers.
