Patch 7.3 - Artifact Power and Artifact Knowledge

  • Artifact Knowledge level 50
    In patch 7.3, you will get a lot more of Artifact power because the Artifact Knowledge level will increase and have the level cap at 50 (level 40 is the cap in 7.2.5). 
  • No more Research
    You will not do any more research at your class hall anymore. Instead, the artifact knowledge level will increase by 1 level each week.
  • Start at level 41
    The day 7.3 comes out, your Artifact Knowledge will be level 41 and then it starts ticking with one new level every weekly reset.
  • No need to be active
    No matter if you are active or not with your main character or alt characters, all of them get their Artifact knowledge leveled up.
  • Alts benefit a lot
    It seems that all characters benefit from this because the class hall vendor that used to sell Artifact knowledge compendiums for alts does not sell anything in 7.3.
    It could also mean that you cannot boost up your alts anymore, but that is very unlikely.

    The compendium is now useless
