START NOW - CHARACTER POWER PREP for 11.1

Here are 3 major things you should do already NOW to increase the power of your character for 11.1.

Valorstones

Valorstones will be reseted when 11.1 goes live. However, in TWW we have items that indirectly rewards Valorstones. These items are tied to many other factors in the game as well, meaning, it will be less likely that these items will be removed from your inventory. Worst case is that Blizzard can remove the Valorstone reward from these items permanently. So you can already now farm these items and get Valorstones indirectly, ready to be turned in/opened when 11.1 goes live. 

Stuff you can do now to get insta Valorstones when the new season starts. 

Odd Glob of Wax

So basically, you will farm these items and save in your inventory until 11.1 goes live and then pop them up one by one, to get all Valorstones. 

Reputation 

Get reputation buffs on max lvl characters that you will not play until 11.1 goes live. 

  1. Get the 12hr, 10% WoW Anniversary reputation buff on that character then log of. 

  2. Log in during darkmoon faire and get the 1 hour,  10% reputation buff then log out. 

Try to do it on more than one alt, so that you can have the buff during a longer time split between characters. 

When 11.1 goes live, do the activities that rewards reputation with the new Renown with your 20% extra reputation buffed characters. 

Brann Level

Since Delves have got an upgrade on crest rewards and aslo since this will be a huge source of getting gear, you want to have Brann at his max level before 11.1. The level of Brann has a huge impact on the power gain in a Delve. You want him to be 60 and ready. Make sure to reach level 60 with Brann before 11.1. 

Good to know

  • When Brann reaches level 15, it will be harder to gain experience. You only get xp from completing a Bountiful Delve, not normal Delves. 

Delves Bonus Event

This will take place on January 22. You will get a buff this week that will increase Brann exp by 25% So this week is a great opportunity to level Bran.
