The two mounts from the Residual Memories vendor are the alliance Remembered Golden Gryphon and the horde Remembered Wind Rider. Buying one of the Remembered Mounts (Gryphon/Wind Rider) will unlock both mounts, alliance and horde, requiring only one purchase!
