With the arrival of Patch 11.0.7 on the PTR, players are buzzing with excitement over the new Cyrce's Circlet ring. Blizzard has highlighted that this ring will be so powerful that players will still be utilizing it at the start of Season 2!
How to Obtain the Ring
To get your hands on Cyrce's Circlet, simply follow the main questline leading you to the island. You'll receive the ring as a reward very early on in the 11.0.7 content.
How to Upgrade the Ring
Starting with an item level (ilvl) of 623, the Cyrce's Circlet can be upgraded all the way to 639. To upgrade the ring, you'll need an item called Raw Singing Citrine. Each use of this item increases the ring's ilvl by 3-4, and you can upgrade it a total of 6 times, meaning you'll need 6 Raw Singing Citrine in total.

How to Farm Raw Singing Citrine
There are two ways to acquire Raw Singing Citrine:

Weekly Quests: You can obtain a quest each week for 6 weeks that is linked to one of the ring's powers, which can only be used on the island. Completing each quest rewards you with one Raw Singing Citrine.

Farming: Instead of waiting for the weekly quests, you can farm this item. The first quest you receive in the initial week, titled Uncovered Mysteries, grants you the ability to locate hidden chests on the island. When you approach one of these hidden chests, a sensor will activate, displaying a waveline leading you to it. Once close enough, an extra action button will appear, allowing you to reveal and open the chest.
These hidden chests have a 20% chance of containing Raw Singing Citrine, which means you can expect to find it approximately every 5th chest.
Note: Keep in mind that this information is based on the PTR, and there may be a cap on the number of items you can obtain from these hidden chests each week. Additionally, once you have unlocked all upgrades on one character, your alternate characters may also have access to these items from hidden chests. Stay tuned for further updates!
