What are the Affixes in patch 10.1 (Season 2) Mythic plus (M+) dungeons?

The Affixes and keystone levels when you will get these affixes are changed in patch 10.1

The keystone will start with fortified or tyrannical.

Periodic affixes are now added to keystones at level 7 (was 14).

There are:

  • Afflicted
  • Incorporeal
  • Volcanic
  • Entangling
  • Storming

Affixes that trigger on death or health ranges have been moved to level 14 (was 7).

  • Spiteful
  • Raging
  • Bursting
  • Bolstering
  • Sanguine

As you can see, we have 3 new affixes and the explosive affix is removed in 10.1 

Here is an explanation of the 3 new affixes:

Incorporeal – 

When in combat, incorporeal being adds spawn for 15 sec and starts casting destabilizing. The cast is 8 sec long. All kinds of crowd control (interrupts, stuns, fear etc) works on it. If the add will cast Destabilize, it will reduce players damage and healing done by 50%. 

While in combat, incorporeal beings appear and attempt to destabilize players with spells that reduce their damage and healing done. Incorporeal beings are susceptible to all forms of crowd control.

Afflicted – 

While in combat, one or two adds spawn (Afflicted Soul). This add has 0% health and all 3 debuffs: poison spirit, curse spirit, and disease spirit. You have to save that ad by either removing all 3 debuffs or by healing it to full health. During this time, the add will cast a cry. When the cry is out, all players' haste is reduced by 100% for 10 sec.  

Entangling - 

Every player in your group will be entangled. A root spawns for each player that grabs them and slows by 50%  them for 7 sec. You need to run away to break it.
