Zatojin Rare is located at 43.27,32.75.
This rare is flying above you and cannot be attacked.
In order to being able to attack it you must:
1) Pull many Menacing Vespoids that are flying around on the side wall.
2) Let them sting you so you get 20 stacks of the debuff they do.
3) Once you have 20 stacks, the rare will come down and attack you and you can attack it.
