11.1.5 comes out April 22nd

The latest content update, 11.1.5, is here, bringing a wealth of new activities for players to dive into. This update marks the beginning of a series of enhancements, starting with the Nightfall Scenario, the introduction of the Cooldown Manager, and the Winds of Mysterious Fortune, which provide significant in-game experience and reputation boosts for characters between levels 10 and 79. More exciting content is scheduled to follow in the coming weeks!

The Winds of Mysterious Fortune: April 23 - May 21

From April 23 to May 21, 2025, players will benefit from a 20% experience buff through the Winds of Mysterious Fortune, helping them level up new or alternate characters between levels 10 and 79. Additionally, this buff grants a 200% major faction renown boost in Dragonflight zones and a 100% boost in select zones from The War Within.Dragonflight Factions Included:

  • Dragonscale Expedition

  • Maruuk Centaur

  • Iskaara Tuskarr

  • Valdrakken Accord

  • Loamm Niffen

  • Dream Wardens

  • Sabellian

  • Wrathion

  • Cobalt Assembly

  • The Assembly of the Deeps

  • The Vizier

  • The Weaver

Note: Undermine factions are not eligible for this buff.During this promotional period, players below level 80 can also loot Mysterious Satchels from creatures or earn them as quest rewards. These satchels contain various useful items, including temporary stat boosts, visual alterations, and even bonus gear tailored to your level and specialization. Additionally, players can find two-hour 10% experience potions, which stack with the 20% experience buff for a total of 30%.

Defend Arathi in the Nightfall Scenario

In the Nightfall Scenario, players will join forces with a new faction, Flame’s Radiance, to protect Arathi from the Sureki forces after the defeat of Queen Ansurek. This faction, led by veteran militia members Thaed Pyremaker and Mylton Wyldbraun, offers players the opportunity to earn up to ten levels of Renown and unlock new rewards.As you battle alongside the Flame’s Radiance, you will participate in various tasks to clear the battlefield and push back the Sureki. Expect to earn exciting rewards such as new armor sets, a visually evolving tabard as you progress, weapons, and a new color variation of the Delver’s Dirigible. Higher ranks will also grant buffs, enhancing your strength during missions in Hallowfall and Azj-Kahet.

New Cooldown Manager

The Cooldown Manager is a new feature that players can enable through the Game Menu (Escape) under Options and then Advanced Options. This tool allows users to view important cooldowns and buffs in customizable HUD elements, displaying a visual countdown for when abilities become available again.To customize the Cooldown Manager, access the HUD Edit Mode from the Game Menu to adjust the various cooldown and buff displays to suit your preferences.

Week of May 21: Horrific Visions Revisited

Prepare to return to N’Zoth’s twisted versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in the Horrific Visions Revisited event. Players can tackle these challenges solo or with a group, inviting a Construct of Soridormi companion to assist, unaffected by sanity.For those seeking an extra challenge, higher difficulties will unlock Heroic difficulty items, and players will have the chance to collect Displaced Corrupted Mementos, which can be spent on new and returning rewards such as mounts, toys, transmogs, and weapon enchantments.

Week of June 4: Dastardly Duos

Following the Horrific Visions, the new Dastardly Duos event will commence, featuring a six-week series offering various cosmetics, toys, and dungeon items based on past bosses. Players will face animatronic versions of these bosses, striving for high scores and various achievements.To participate, players can visit three hubs in Stormwind, Orgrimmar, and Dornogal. As the event progresses, players will see new bosses introduced weekly, culminating in a total of ten bosses to defeat.Get ready to earn points for kills and damage dealt while competing for bragging rights within your party!With a plethora of new activities and enhancements, the 11.1.5 update promises to deliver an engaging and thrilling experience for all players.
