There is a chest in the Dread Portal in Zereth Mortis called Domination Chest. Check map for the locaiton.
This chest requires a key to unlock.
You will find this key from special mobs called Mawsworn Inquisitors, and they are elite mobs around that area.
Once you got the key you can open it. The chest contains a place holder reward on the PTR at the moment.
