The Nightfall Invasion is the main activity during the first month of patch 11.1.5. This invasion is divided into three main activities, the Nightfall Scenario, the Nightfall Daily Quests and the Nightfall daily rares. This main activity of the beginning of 11.1.5 is all tied to gear, transmogs, mounts, pets, titles, tabards and toys. Here is an in depth guide on how all that works which will cover things you know and things you don't know about the Nightfall Invasion.

Nightfall Scenario
Each full hour an event starts in the north east part of Hallowfall. The location is marked as a Nightfall symbol on the map and a timer.

This event has 3 parts that are important. The objectives, the progress bar and the overall progress bar. You will do this event for 10 minutes and then you will fight many mobs for 30 seconds before the last boss spawns that you will fight. Once that is completed, the event is over. This will last for around 15 minutes in total and then you can wait for 45 minutes until the event starts again.
The objectives
Your mission is to complete objectives that can be killing mobs, or killing special leaders, or saving arathi soldiers, or planting bombs etc. All these objectives have one goal which is to fight back against the Sureki Invaders.
The progress bar
There is a progress bar in this event that goes up to 100%. This progress bar is personal, meaning there is no community shared progress on this bar. When you enter the event, the bar that you must fill is personal for you only. If you enter the event after 5 minutes, then the bar will start at 0%. If you are in a group/raid, you will not get extra points when other players kill mobs. You will only get points from an objective if you have actively been helping. Being AFK does not give points. If you have more than one character up (more than one account), you will get extra rep if that other character tags/kills mobs and actively helps in objectives.
Killing an enemy rewards 1%. Completing tasks when doing an objective rewards 2-12%.
When the objective task timer of 10 minutes is over and the waves of mobs spawns, you will get around 20-30% in that phase. When the last boss spawns and is killed, you get 42% from killing the boss. So this means that there is a catchup mechanic in this event if you show up late to it.
The progress bar rewards reputation and bags and you get rewarded over and over again even when completing.

At 33% progress you are rewarded with 75 reputation and a common bag called Arathi Soldier´s Coffer. This bag contains:
-
3 Weathered Undermine Crest
-
20 Resonance Crystal
-
10 Valorstones
-
Chance on Veteran Gear that is warbound. But the gear type you get (cloth, leather, mail, plate) is based on what type of character you are playing. For example if your character is a leather wearer, then you get leather gear.

At 66% progress, you are rewarded with 75 reputation, and a rare bag called Arathi Cleric´s Chest. This bag contains:
-
5 Weathered Undermine Crest
-
24 Resonance Crystal
-
18 Valorstones
-
Chance on Veteran Gear that is warbound. But the gear type you get (cloth, leather, mail, plate) is based on what type of character you are playing. For example if your character is a leather wearer, then you get leather gear.

At 100% progress, you are rewarded with 350 reputation (100 after first completion of the day), and an epic bag called Arathi Champion's Spoils. This bag contains:
-
7 Weathered Undermine Crest
-
36 Resonance Crystal
-
27 Valorstones
-
Chance on Veteran Gear that is warbound. But the gear type you get (cloth, leather, mail, plate) is based on what type of character you are playing. For example if your character is a leather wearer, then you get leather gear.
The overall progress bar
There is also another bar called the overall progress. When completing an objective, it will also add percentage to the overall progress bar. This is the community bar, the more players that complete their tasks, the more percentage goes to the overall progress bar. When this progress bar reaches 100%, the event will jump straight into the end of it, where the waves of adds spawns for 30 sec and the boss spawns afterwards. Meaning, the 10 minutes in which you work on your individual progress bar will be less time if more players are there.

Nightfall Daily Quests
There are 6 different types of quests in total tied to the Nightfall Daily Quests. Three of them are tied to the Hallowfall zone and the other 3 are tied to Azj-Kahet zone. Each day, you will get 3 daily quests per day that will either take you to Hallowfall or Azj-Kahet.

These daily quests are similar to the NIghtfall event, that you interact with items and kill mobs in a special location. Once you reach 100% you have completed the quest.
Completing a daily quest rewards reputation and a special bag called Confiscated Cultist´s Bag. You get 100 reputation when completing a quest the first time during a day. Completing the same daily quest on another character rewards 50 reputation. The Confiscated Cultist´s Bag contains 100% Veteran gear that are warbound But the gear type you get (cloth, leather, mail, plate) is based on what type of character you are playing. For example if your character is a leather wearer, then you get leather gear. You also get Valorstones from the bag.

Nightfall Daily Rares
There are some rares that actually rewards reputation with the Flame´s Radiance. These rares are located in north east of Azj-Kahet. You will find 5 rares here (4 elite and 1 non-elite) in which each rare rewards 50 reputation with the Flame´s Radiance when killed. This reputation farm can be done once each day.

The Elite Rares Are:
