In patch 7.1 you can use Blood of Sargeras as a currency to buy profession materials. The Blood trader Illnea Bloodthorn is located in Dalaran (see location below). She gives you a quest first called “Blood on your hands” in which you have to turn in Blood of Sargeras to complete it. This unlocks the trading your Blood of Sargeras with her profession materials. Also, you can buy Order Resources from her (200 Order Resources for 1 Blood of Sargeras)
