Understanding Siren Isle
Before diving into the mount acquisition process, it's essential to grasp the layout and mechanics of the new zone, Siren Isle.
Normal Version
In the Normal Version, you have access to all vendors and quests. This version is relatively calm but still contains rare enemies, treasures, and a mini-event where you can defeat elite rares in caves.
Storm Version
The Storm Version introduces a special assignment where you fill a progress bar to 100% by completing tasks, defeating mobs, and looting treasures in the Normal Version. Once completed, you can enter the Storm Version by speaking to Suzie Boltwrench at Flotsam Shoal.
In the Storm Version, you'll encounter different and more dangerous mobs. Flying is disabled due to the storm, but you will find unique rares and treasures, along with access to special weapons.
Complete the Storyline
Before you can start collecting the Runekeys, you need to complete specific quests.
Tattered Journal
First, find the quest calledTattered Journal, located inside the Forgotten Vault. To access it, enter the cave at/way 44.42, 22.71.

Click on the Singing Tablet to enter the Forgotten Vault.

The journal is in the room opposite the entrance, in front of the crystal at /way 37.21, 77.41.
Scattered to the Winds
After obtaining the journal, you will receive a quest to findfive Faded Journal Pages. Here are their locations:

Faded Journal Page 1: /way 71.03, 59.30

Once you complete the quests A Group Effort and Laid to Rest at Last, you will gain access to the Transcribed Kul Tiran Journal, allowing you to collect the Runekeys needed for the mount.
Collecting the Runekeys
You will collect Runekeys and use these Runekeys on special Runes located inside the Forgotten Vault to get the mount. Here’s how to obtain each key:
Cyclonic Runekey
This key drops from rares during the Storm phase. The rare with the best loot drop isZek'ul the Shipbreaker.
Turbulent Runekey
To create a Turbulent Runekey, findthree Turbulent Fragments. Here are their locations:

First Turbulent Fragment: Inside the cave called Rotting Hole.

Second Turbulent Fragment: Outside the Salt and Shanty House, near a Kul Tiran ghost digging. The fragment is in the dirt pile.

Third Turbulent Fragment: Inside the Spirit Scarred Cave, near a kneeling Kul Tiran ghost. The fragment is in his hand.

Whirling Runekey
This key drops from a rare located inside the Forgotten Vault. Access it by entering the cave at /way 44.42, 22.71 and clicking on the Singing Tablet.
The rare is located on the opposite room from the entrance, called Ksvir the Forgotten. Kill him and loot the Runekey.
Torrential Runekey
Similar to the Cyclonic Runekey, this drops from rares during the Storm phase, with Zek'ul the Shipbreaker being the best source.
Thunderous Runekey
To create a Thunderous Runekey, collect five Thunderous Fragments. Start by entering the cave at /way 44.42, 22.71 and clicking on the Singing Tablet.

The chest is located in the west wing at /way 26.92, 23.84.
The remaining fragments can be found in hidden chests that require a special ability to locate, as well as normal treasures scattered around the island, particularly in the water. Note that these are not guaranteed loot drops
After Collecting All Runekeys
Once you have gathered all the Runekeys, return to the Forgotten Vault.

Enter the cave at /way 44.42, 22.71 and click on the Singing Tablet to access the vault.

Inside, head to the east wing and click on all the Runestones. The runes will harness the storm's lightning to revive the bird, granting you the Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren mount!
