A new rare was found in 10.1.5 that spawns from a Time Rift, called Zalaqir the Chosen. This rare drops 415 ilvl weapons, that also got very uinique transmog.
This portal seems to be tied to the quest the Chronosmith added in 10.1.5.
Maybe there are more Time Rifts in Dragon Isle that spawns rares tied to the 7 Azeroth worlds in 10.1.5. The reason why I think there might be more rares is because the name of the rare on the minimap is called Time Displaced Warlord.
This could mean that different rares will spawn from the same rift location, or that we might have different rifts around the Dragon Isles.
Location of Zalaqir the Chosen
This rare has a 5-6 min spawn time.

Runeaxe of the Last Resistance
