A x.x.5 patch is in general a smaller patch, but for the first time in World of Warcraft since they impltemented this patch system, we are getting a much bigger patch than what we normally do in x.x.5 patches.
This patch is also called the alt character patch, mainly because we are getting a lot improvements for our characters when it comes to catch up mechanics and leveling.
