Where to get Darkmoon Cards
The Darkmoon cards are obtained from “Crusty Darkmoon Cards” which you get when fishing special shipwrecked Debris. The fishing pool looks the same everywhere in Khaz Algar but has different names based on which zone it is.
In Isle of Dorn they are called “Shore Treasure”
In Hallowfall they are called “Whispers of the Deep”
In Ringing Deeps they are called “Floating Deep Treasure”
In Azj-Kahet they are called “Whispers of the Deep”
You will always get atleast 1 Crusty Darkmoon Card but have a chance on several when fishing on one shipwrecked Debris.
These Crusty Darkmoon Cards can also be put on the Auction House. Which means that you can also buy them. The cards can also be put on the Auction House. Which means that you can also buy them.
How to get Darkmoon Trinkets
There are four Darkmoon trinkets (ilvl 577).
- Ascend
+2,024 [Agility or Strength or Intellect]
Equip: Gain Ascendance every 8 seconds spent in combat.Ascendance grants 75 of a random secondary stat for 15 sec, stacking up to 10 times.
- Vivacity
+2,024 [Agility or Strength or Intellect]
Equip: Your damaging spells and abilities have the chance to grant Vivaciousness, increasing secondary stats by 803 and Speed or Avoidance by 71 based on the school it was activated from.
- Radiance
+2,024 [Agility or Strength or Intellect]
Equip: Your damaging spells and abilities have the chance to ignite your target with Radiant Focus for 15 sec. After dealing up to 40000 damage to the target the focused energies ignite you with Radiance, granting between 401.5 to 803 of your highest Secondary stat based on damage dealt for 15 sec.
- Symbiosis
Combine Ace through Eight of Vivacity to complete the set, which is the trinket.
Drakmoon Trinket has the ilvl of 577. It cannot be recrafted into higher ilvl (remember this is Beta and can change).
What are Darkmoon Sigils
A darkmoon Sigil is an Embellishment, which means it is a crafted reagent that you can add into crafted reagent slot when crafting or re-crafting gear.
There are 4 types of Darkmoon Sigils:
- Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension
- Darkmoon Sigil: Vivacity
- Darkmoon Sigil: Radiance
- Darkmoon Sigil: Symbiosis
There is a big difference between Darkmoon sigils The War Within compared to Dragonflight. In Dragonflight, the Sigils had different perks that were tied to your Darkmoon trinket, but in the War Within:
- these Sigils can be added to any of your crafted gear that can add Embellishment
- These Sigils have the same type of power that the Darkmoon trinkets have. For example a Darkmoon Sigil Ascension will get the power of the Darkmoon Deck: Ascend
You need the Darkmoon Trinket to be able to craft that specific Sigil.
