Fastest Delves to Complete for Vault Slots in The War Within Season 1 SEP 20

With the launch of Mythic+ and Mythic Raids, many players have shifted their focus away from delves. However, some may still want to fill their three vault slots with delve gear for better chances at upgrades or to ensure a full socket next week. Today, we’ll explore three of the quickest delves to complete for vault slots.

Tip: For vault purposes, you can run the fastest delve up to 8 times in quick succession, and it will still count. You don’t need it to be Bountiful either. If you’re interested in a specific storyline, check out our Glory of the Delver Guide for a complete list.

The Spiral Weave

Our top recommendation isThe Spiral Weave. This delve is generally quick, but it becomes even faster if you have theStrange Disturbancesstory available, also known as the puppets story. This storyline involves just one lengthy step: releasing all eight captives before facing the final boss.

If you have a Priest in your group, you can speed things up even more. Priests can use Mind Soothe on humanoid enemies to bypass packs, and with Fade, they can reduce aggro range, allowing them to release prisoners standing close to enemy groups.

The Sinkhole

Another excellent choice for quick delves isThe Sinkhole, located in Hallowfall. All stories in this delve are straightforward and fast. The main threat comes fromNecrotic Boltcast by Kobyss Necromancers, so be sure to interrupt that ability.

Since this is an underwater delve, it’s advisable to bring a Warlock for Unending Breath or use a Waterbreathing elixir like Draenic Water Breathing Elixir or Elixir of Water Breathing to make your journey smoother.

Tak-Rethan Abyss

Our final suggestion is another Korbyss delve, the Tak-Rethan Abyss, located in Azj-Kahet on the outskirts of the City of Threads. Similar to The Sinkhole, the primary danger here is also the Necrotic Bolt from Kobyss Necromancers, so make sure to interrupt it as well.
