Are you on the grind from level 70 to 80 in World of Warcraft and looking for a way to speed up the process? In this guide, I'll share a hidden gem that can significantly enhance your leveling experience and make those World quests a breeze.
Discovering the Secret in Ringing Deeps
While exploring the Ringing Deeps, there's a quest line you might have stumbled upon involving a character named Janky. If you haven't yet encountered him, it's crucial to complete his quests. The reward? Unlocking Janky as a vendor who offers some unique and powerful items that can aid in your journey.
Building Janky's Vendor Stall in Gundargaz: A Step-by-Step Guide
In the vibrant world of World of Warcraft, players often find themselves embarking on unique quests to assist various characters. One such quest involves helping Janky, a kobold, set up his vendor stall in Gundargaz. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to gather the necessary parts and complete the quest successfully.
Step 1: Speak with Bosh
Begin your journey by talking to Bosh in Gundargaz. He holds the key to acquiring the parts needed for Janky's stall. However, Bosh has a favor to ask before he can hand over the parts. He needs you to settle his tab with Innkeeper Brax.
Step 2: Settle Bosh's Tab with Innkeeper Brax
Head over to Innkeeper Brax and discuss Bosh's outstanding tab. Brax is willing to clear the tab if you can help speed up the ongoing construction that's been driving away his customers. This leads you to your next task.
Step 3: Assist Foreman Shalea with Construction
Foreman Shalea is in charge of the construction but is facing delays due to a lack of tools. She needs replacements from Machinist Valyka. Your task is to ensure these tools are delivered promptly.
Step 4: Deliver Coal to Machinist Valyka
Machinist Valyka is overwhelmed with orders and needs a shipment of coal to fulfill Shalea's request. Foreman Svart has the coal, but it's elementally active and requires careful handling. Collect 12 pieces of Elementally Active Coal from the area, dealing with any Coal Ragers that appear.
Step 5: Return the Tools to Foreman Shalea
Once you have the coal, deliver it to Machinist Valyka, who will provide you with freshly smithed tools. Bring these tools back to Foreman Shalea to expedite the construction process.
Step 6: Inform Innkeeper Brax
With the construction on track, return to Innkeeper Brax and inform him of the progress. Satisfied with your efforts, Brax agrees not to cut off Bosh, handing you a Begrudgingly Poured Cinderbrew as a token of thanks.
Step 7: Collect the Merchant Stall Parts from Bosh
Finally, return to Bosh with the good news. Grateful for your help, Bosh provides you with the Merchant Stall Parts needed for Janky's vendor stall, free of charge.
Meet Janky: Your New Best Friend
Once you've completed the quests, Janky becomes a vendor selling three types of candles:
-
Spark Spitter Candle: This candle occasionally deals fire damage. At level 80, it scales up significantly, causing approximately half a million extra fire damage.
-
Cheny’s Finest: This item boosts your movement speed and reduces shadow damage taken, providing both offense and defense benefits.
-
Animated Candle: This charming companion defends you and occasionally taunts your enemies, offering additional protection.
The best part? You can use all three candles simultaneously for maximal effect.
Unleashing the Power of Spark Spitter Candle
The Spark Spitter Candle is particularly noteworthy for its damage potential. At level 80, it becomes a formidable weapon, delivering nearly 1 million damage in a single encounter. This makes it the highest DPS source for many classes when used effectively.
During a test, I pulled four mobs to see how much damage the candle could do. Despite being freshly level 80, the Spark Spitter Candle emerged as a top damage dealer, significantly reducing the time it took to defeat enemies.
Why This Trick is a Game-Changer
When leveling from 70 to 80, every bit of extra damage counts. This trick not only speeds up your leveling process but also makes it more enjoyable by minimizing the grind. Whether you're tackling mobs or completing World quests, this approach ensures you're always a step ahead.
