Season 4 of Dragonflight is almoust here, and with it comes the opportunity to upgrade your legendary gear to new heights. In this guide, we will explore the steps required to upgrade your legendary weapon, Nasz´uro, the Unbound Legacy or Fyr´alath the Dreamrender, to a formidable 502 ilvl. Prepare to embark on a thrilling journey filled with Flightstones, Crests, and the elusive Scale of Awakening. Let's dive in!
Acquiring the Scale of Awakening
To begin your legendary upgrade, you'll need to locate the Scale of Awakening. Head over to the Parting Glass Inn in Valdrakken, where you'll find the vendor NPC Iszinormi. This wise vendor holds the key to unlocking the potential of your legendary weapon. The Scale of Awakening can be purchased from Iszinormi, and it requires 2 Antique Bronze Bullions as currency.
The Antique Bronze Bullion
The Antique Bronze Bullions are a valuable currency in Season 4. Similar to the Dinars we had access to in Shadowlands, players can acquire Bullions by defeating bosses. In Shadowlands, we could purchase three items over a six-week period, such as two trinkets and a weapon. It seems that Season 4 follows a similar pattern, allowing players to buy three items in a six-week timeframe.
If this holds true, players can expect to earn one Bullion per week. However, an exciting twist is that players can potentially acquire more Bullions throughout the entirety of Season 4. This opens up a world of possibilities for players seeking to upgrade not only their main weapon but also weapons and trinkets for their off-specs.
Upgrading your Legendary Weapon
Now that you have obtained the Scale of Awakening, it's time to unleash the true potential of your legendary weapon. By using the Scale of Awakening, you will instantly upgrade your weapon to an impressive 502 ilvl. This upgrade also activates the weapon for further enhancements.
Flightstones and Crests
To continue upgrading your legendary weapon, you will need Flightstones and Crests. These valuable resources can be obtained through various activities within the game, including dungeons, raids, and PvP battles. Keep an eye out for special events or quests that offer Flightstones and Crests as rewards.
