1) It starts in the The Roasted Inn, in Valdrakken (/way 47,97.46.88). You will get an item from Bobby Carlisle.
2) Head to (/way 80,32) in The Azure Span and interact with a tablet which will give you the quest "A Knowledgeable Descent".
3) Resturn to the Roasted Inn and talk to Bobby again.
