1) It starts in the The Roasted Inn, in Valdrakken (/way 47,97.46.88). You will get an item from Kathos.
2) You will find 3 Fragments in Thaldraszus. Here are the waypoints:
/way 58.51.78,43
/way 58.79,78.23
/way 59.30,78.84
3) Click on the "Time-Lost Fragment in your inventory to combine them. You get a new quest called Out of the Sands.
4) Return to The Roasted Inn, in Valdrakken (/way 47,97.46.88) and turn in the quest.
