Timewalking event is up for the first time in Shadowlands and it starts with Wrath of the Lich King.
The ilvl reward in dungeons for max lvl 60 players is 158.
The ilvl gear that you can buy in the Timewalking vendor is 138.
The Timewalking event quest (complete 5 Timewalking dungeons) rewards a 200 ilvl gear from Castle Nathria normal raid.
