The ilvl reward in dungeons for max lvl 60 players is 158.
The ilvl gear that you can buy in the Timewalking vendor is 138.
The Timewalking event quest (complete 5 Timewalking dungeons) rewards a 200 ilvl gear from Castle Nathria normal raid.
